Founder and Therapist Dawn DiCicco LCSW, BCD, has been working in the field of co-occurring disorders in the residential treatment community for 30 years. She thrives in both managerial and clinical positions, holding a variety of roles including; Primary Therapist, Family Therapist, Counseling Specialist, Director of Family Services and Senior Clinical Director. Dawn is a consummate professional, developing relationships with industry leaders allowing her to offer the best care possible to the individuals and families she serves. Her experience as a senior manager allows her to provide expert supervision for the developing clinician. 

Dawn excels in assisting families in identifying their individual and collective concerns, helping each member make a plan to create effective change.  There is so much hope created when a family chooses to address the concerns occurring together.  Dawn has been successful in guiding families around healthy boundaries, effective communication and self care.

One of her greatest passions is to see a therapist find their superpower that affords them the ability to help so many and participate in their team effectively. Dawn has the ability to create safety to support and inspire those she works with to grow.
