Presto Group offers individual, couples and family counseling for adults via Telehealth. 

Sessions are private pay.  Superbills will be available to assist with insurance reimbursement.

Counseling is a collaborative relationship and many modalities will be utilized in the therapeutic process including: CBT, DBT, Experiential, Psychoeducation and Mindfulness.
